We pride ourselves in making as much as we can by hand with natural ingredients from our humble studio. Color and pattern variations and imperfections are part of the natural dyeing process. We embrace this as part of our sustainable process and keeping each artisanal product unique and timeless. 

Due to inherent margins of error in handmade products, all measurements posted are approximate. But you can count on us to keep the margins as small as possible.

In the unlikely event that you need to return our beautiful product, returns can be made within 10 days from the delivery date for a full refund if it meets the below criteria.

We reserve the right to reject returns if an item shows signs of wear, damage, odor or the request is submitted after the outlined return and exchange windows above.

How to qualify for a refund ?

• Product have been already damaged when you receive it.

• We do not offer refunds or accept returns if you have changed your mind about your purchase.

• All item(s) must be unworn and in the original condition with the original packaging and all tags attached. Any articles that appear to have been worn, washed, or altered in any way will not qualify for a refund.

How to return an item?

Just send us an email at info@ajna-california.com with your full name, order number, reason for return and pictures, if applicable. Upon approval, we will send you a return label to use for your return package.

Where is my refund?

Refunds will be processed to the original payment method. After your return has been processed and returned to our facilities, please expect up to 10 days for the refund to hit your bank account. If you haven't received an email from us within 28 days, please contact us.

We would love to fill the whole world with our colorful bounty, but it would be wise to start small and ship within the United states, including the contiguous 48 states and Alaska / Hawaii / Puerto Rico / APO-FPO’s. Expect shipment within 3-5 business days.

Once shipped, you can expect your order within 2-9 days in the 48 contiguous states.

The timeliness of service to destinations outside the contiguous U.S. may be affected by the limited availability of transportation. Due to the variability of transportation, delivery may take up to three to five weeks to reach Hawaii, Alaska, Puerto Rico and any U.S. Territories.

Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed during checkout.

When your order has shipped, you will receive an email notification from us, which will include a tracking number. Please allow up to 48 hours after shipping for the tracking information to become available.

If you haven’t received your order within 10 days of receiving your shipping confirmation email, don't worry. Please contact us at info@ajna-california.com with your name and order number and we will look into it for you.

In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please contact us at info@ajna-california.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We will do our best to address this on a case by case basis.

We encourage our customers to only enter shipping addresses that they know to be secure and not prone to misplacement or theft. We do not take responsibility for lost or stolen goods.
